the service was slow, and getting basic items like towels took hours. our rooms also lacked floor mats. the shower leaked everywhere. this made using the bathroom quite a hassle. there were not enough towels for five people in two rooms. this was frustrating and inconvenient.

the room included a coffee machine and extra water was provided. the staff completed a free room upgrade upon arrival for me. it was a pleasant bonus. the room also had a sofa bed for my child.

the flush in the washroom was not working properly. i also saw that the shower had some damages. the water was not draining properly from the wash basins. the resort also seemed to have limited space.

the staff were friendly. requests were handled immediately. we received a suite upgrade upon arrival, . the zoo within the hotel was a highlight, our son enjoyed being near the animals.

the ac in the room did not have an auto option, also the fan was quite noisy overnight.

We received an upgrade to the giraffe chalet upon arrival. Watching the animals was amazing I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The park zoo is wonderful for kids and adults The experience staying inside a zoo is very nice.

I noticed a small detail the pool does not receive direct sunlight for swimming. Guests might want to consider this when planning pool time.

The giraffe arena chalet was steps from the giraffes. I could watch and interact with them at any time. The restaurant food was of high quality. The staff was really accommodating. it was a beautiful experience.

the staff surprised my son with an african band and a happy birthday song when i requested a cake. it made his day really special. the free room upgrade on arrival was a great bonus and the coffee machine in the room was welcome. i was happy to receive extra water too.

the housekeeping wasnt very prompt and the wifi signal was a bit weak.
